Situation
Task
Lead the development and design of a campaign including a landing page, video, social post, and brochure promoting equity across gender, age, income, and technology access.
Action
Collaborated with key stakeholders on messaging and copy development to ensure clarity, alignment, and impact.
Led the design of branded visual elements used consistently across all campaign touchpoints.
Designed an integrated suite of campaign assets including a cohesive landing page, brochure, social posts, and video content.
Partnered with a video production artist to art direct, animate, and edit the campaign video for multi-platform use.
Results
The City of Moor Park engaged us to develop a public-facing digital campaign focused on promoting equity across gender, age, income, and technology access. The initiative aimed to boost brand awareness and drive app downloads through targeted social ads and high-performing landing pages—advancing a broader mission of inclusion and equal access for all.
User flow optimization, targeted A/B testing, and engagement-focused design to drove measurable performance gains: CPM improved by 11.34%, CPE dropped by 75.83%, and average CTR outperformed industry benchmarks by 33.33%—proving the effectiveness of data-informed UX strategy in boosting both engagement and efficiency.
