Who I am

Creative Director turning brand truths into breakthrough experiences—guided by empathy, strategy, and bold visual storytelling.

20+ years of experience in brand building and digital design, I’ve led teams and guided Fortune 500 clients to impactful creative solutions. I believe truth is love, and design to reveal and express it boldly.

Design Philosophy

Truth is where real innovation begins. I design to uncover it, shape it, and bring it to life in bold new ways.

Start with Truth – Ground every decision in what’s real.

Challenge the Ask – Don’t solve the wrong problem beautifully.

Lead with Instinct, Validate with Data – People can’t ask for what they haven’t seen yet.

Design for Impact – Design should move people and move metrics.

Embrace Discomfort – If it feels a little scary, it’s probably worth doing.

Think in Systems – Brands are living entities, not static rules.

How I Lead

Set a high bar—and support people in reaching it.

Lead with empathy and clarity—because people thrive when expectations are known.

Mentor and develop—because the long game is people.

Collaborate across functions—design, product, dev, and leadership.

Take risks responsibly—innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.

Serve my team and my boss—because leadership is support, not status.

What Shaped Me

I’ve always been wired to rethink how things work—pulling things apart, redesigning them, imagining better ways forward. In high school, I went legally blind for three months. When my vision returned, so did a new way of seeing: with clarity, purpose, and intent.

Since then, I’ve led cultural shifts in my own community, served children in orphanages overseas, and built a career around truth, transformation, and design that moves people.

Let’s Chat

If you’re building something bold, meaningful, and maybe a little uncomfortable—I’d love to talk. I’m drawn to work that challenges convention, reveals truth, and builds things people believe in.
