Task
Redesigned the homepage to modernize the brand expression and establish UI guidelines for the broader site redesign.
Action
SoftBank Robotics wanted to introduce Pepper, a humanoid AI robot, into North America as a marketing and hospitality tool for business-to-consumer engagement. My role as Art Director was to audit and update the Pepper brand, product interface, and marketing to be culturally suitable for businesses and users in America. There was also a significant opportunity to influence broader decisions about how Pepper and its technology could be used with data-based user-centered design solutions.
Designed a distinctive hero banner that clearly communicated the brand’s new messaging and reinforced its market leadership.
